Method / version 0.9
FutureStake separates a public statement from a checkable source, and a checkable source from proof of distribution.
E1
A named institution made a public commitment with an identifiable date and scope.
It does not show that money moved.E2
The amount, date, scope, and original public source can be independently checked.
It is still not a distribution receipt.E3
Aggregated public evidence supports part or all of an actual distribution.
It does not imply every child received funds.Coverage status / U0
States outside the pilot remain U0. Only after a documented minimum search can a scope become E0: No public evidence found in this index as of the snapshot date.
Update model / current pilot
Today, records change when a source is submitted or entered, independently checked, and approved for release. There is no live official API feed or fixed automatic refresh schedule.
Public submissions and researcher findings are treated as candidates, not facts.
Amounts, dates, scope, accounting boundary and contradictions are checked against original sources.
Approved changes become visible on the map; unapproved findings stay out of the public index.
Target model: scheduled source discovery with human approval before publication. Discovery may be automated; evidence conclusions will not be auto-published.
Language matters because evidence has limits.
